- Black T-shirt from the Human Rights Now! 1988 World Tour belonging to Jon Richard Grabowski. The front of the shirt includes the tour logo, a human figure appearing to break through a white wall or barrier. "Human Rights Now! | Made Possible by Reebok Foundation" is printed below the image. The back of the T-shirt lists the tour destinations along with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights printed in multiple languages.
- Historical Notes
- Born in Delaware, Jon Grabowski lived in Manhattan with his wife, Erika. The two had met as students at the University of Maryland. In their time off from their busy schedules, the couple enjoyed going out to dinner and to movies. In September 2001, Jon joined Marsh & McLennan as a vice president of technology information. On September 11, he was at work near the top of the North Tower. Jon was 33 years old.
