- Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center identification card issued to Paul W. Ambrose. The card includes a portrait photograph and a barcode and carries the name "Paul Ambrose M.D." and his specialization: "Family Practice." The card is enclosed in a holder that clips to a pocket.

- Charleston, West Virginia, native Paul Ambrose lived in Washington, D.C. A doctor, Paul met his fiancée, Bianca, at a medical conference. At the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Paul was a senior clinical adviser to the Office of the Surgeon General, working on issues including youth obesity prevention. On September 11, he boarded Flight 77 for a conference in California. He was 32 years old.
