- Massachusetts native Stephen Adams lived in New York City with his wife, Jessica. He enjoyed old English ballads and folk dances. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, Stephen worked as a beverage manager at Windows on the World. On September 11, he was at the restaurant on the 107th floor of the North Tower. Stephen was 51 years old.
