- Historical Notes
- Kathryn LaBorie grew up in Colorado, later moving to Providence, Rhode Island. She lived with her husband, Eric. Kathryn developed a love of travel after a college semester abroad. Following years of working other positions in the travel industry, Kathryn became a flight attendant with United Airlines in 1995. On September 11, she was the purser aboard Flight 175. Kathryn was 44 years old.
