- Description
- Recovered Citibank MasterCard banking card issued to Julio Fernandez. A large crack extends diagonally from the bottom middle to the center of the card.
- Historical Notes
- Born in Peru, Julio Fernandez lived in Queens with his wife, Enriqueta, and their two sons. Julio enjoyed playing football and cooking meals from his native country for friends and family. A union painter with OneSource Hudson Shatz, Julio was at work in the South Tower on September 11. He evacuated but was caught in the collapse of the towers. Julio was 51 years old.
