Curator's Comment
Jupiter Yambem gained experience in the restaurant industry while working his way through school at the State University of New York at New Paltz. After stints at other high-profile restaurants in New York City, Jupiter became a banquet service manager at Windows on the World, the famous dining venue atop the North Tower. He took pride in hosting exemplary events for his clients and was known for inspecting the alignment of every piece of silverware before guests arrived. A grateful client gave this corkscrew and wine stopper set to him as thanks for managing a conference in 2000.
