Description
Welcome Back coupon packet containing multiple paper coupons to be used at businesses in the World Trade Center complex. The packet opens like an envelope, with the front flap a bright yellow. Printed in blue on its front is: "World Trade Center | Welcome | Back | Here are a few offers to make your return a little easier."
Historical Notes
To welcome tenants back to the towers and help them feel comfortable inside the buildings following the February 26, 1993, bombing, the Port Authority distributed free pastries, souvenir coffee mugs, and coupons that could be used at the World Trade Center shopping concourse.
