- Small American stick flag left at the 9/11 Memorial in memory of Rosa Maria Feliciano. A handwritten note on the stripes reads: "Rosa Maria Feliciano | We love you and Miss you! | Love you always, your daughters | Amanda & Alexis | Always in Our Hearts, Lisette, Leilah, Bianca | Ariella, Jessica, Blanca, [illegible] | xoxoxo."
- Historical Notes
- Rosa Feliciano was born in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico, and lived in Port Richmond, Staten Island, with her husband, Isaac, and their two young daughters. She was employed as an accountant at Marsh & McLennan. On September 11, Rosa went to work on the 96th floor of the North Tower. She was 30 years old.

This flag was left on the N-16 parapet of the North Pool on the 9/11 Memorial for Rosa Maria Feliciano, on September 11, 2016.
