Handwritten note on a foam craft heart, with red, white, and blue stars and stripes on the front. The tribute was left at the 9/11 Memorial in memory of Frankie Serrano. The note written on the back of the USA reads: "Frankie, we will | always remember | you. | Kenny's Family."

- Newark, New Jersey, native Frankie Serrano lived in Elizabeth with his mother and sister. Frankie enjoyed spending time with his girlfriend, Kristen, and listening to music from the 1950s and 1960s. He rooted for the New York Mets and bowled in four local leagues. A telecommunications technician at Genuity Solutions, on September 11, Frankie was at work on the South Tower’s 110th floor. He was 23 years old.

This tribute was left on the S-45 parapet of the South Pool on the 9/11 Memorial for Frankie Serrano on September 11, 2016.
