- Blue T-shirt created in memory of Paul Talty and his partner, Thomas Michael Langone. On the left breast of the shirt is an image of two American flags, an eagle, the logo for the NYPD ESU, and printed text: "Never Forget | 9-11-01." The back of the shirt also has printed text: "In Memory of | P.O. Thomas | Langone | P.O. Paul | Talty | Emergency Service Truck 10." An image of two police shields includes the badge numbers for both men, 14356 for Langone and 28907 for Talty.

Brooklyn native Paul Talty lived with his wife, Barbara, and their three children in Wantagh, Long Island. Having worked as an electrician and carpenter, Paul used his skills to expand their home for the couple’s third child, born in August 2001. Paul was a member of the NYPD’s Emergency Service Squad 10. On September 11, Officer Talty reported to the South Tower. He was 40 years old.
Born in Roslyn Heights, Long Island, Thomas Langone lived in Williston Park with his wife, JoAnn, and their two children. He hoped to teach after earning a college degree and retiring from the NYPD’s Emergency Service Squad 10. On September 11, Officer Langone responded to the towers, as did his older brother, FDNY Firefighter Peter Langone. Peter was 41 years old. Thomas was 39.
