- Historical Notes
- William Minardi was raised on Long Island and lived in Bedford, New York, with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children. A sports fan, he rose before dawn to go to the gym, coached his son’s basketball team, and played golf on the weekend with clients. On September 11, William was on the 105th floor of the North Tower at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he was a derivatives broker. He was 46 years old.
