- Description
- World Trade Center identification card issued to Robert Wayne Hobson III at Euro Brokers. The card includes a color photograph of Hobson on the right side and his name printed as "Hobson | Wayne" on the left. The card has a green background with "World Trade Center" printed at the bottom, with the logo of the towers on the left.
- Historical Notes
- Fort Bragg, North Carolina native Wayne Hobson lived in Jersey City, New Jersey, with his wife, Cynthia. He left a finance job in 1996 to open Hobson’s, a pub his wife called “Wayne’s World,” as it drew so many of his friends. Wayne continued to work nights at the pub after joining Cantor Fitzgerald as a broker in 1999. On September 11, he was at work on the North Tower’s 105th floor. He was 36 years old.
