- Clifton-Fine Central High School (Star Lake, New York) hockey jersey belonging to Shannon Lewis Adams. The jersey is white, blue, and yellow, for the school's colors, with a number "2" printed in blue on the upper right sleeve and the number "5" printed in blue on the upper left sleeve. The profile of a Native American in a headdress is printed on the front of the jersey. "25" is printed in blue on the back. There are several rips in the jersey from wear.
- Historical Notes
- Born and raised in Star Lake, New York, Shannon Adams played hockey in high school and spoke of leaving the Adirondacks for the big city. After college, he settled in Astoria, Queens, with two friends and their pet piranhas. Shannon worked at Cantor Fitzgerald as a fixed-income accountant. On September 11, he was at his office on the 101st floor of the North Tower. Shannon was 25 years old.
