- Born in Lindenhurst, Long Island, Tara Debek lived in Babylon with her husband, Dariusz, and their infant daughter in a home shared with her sister’s family. Tara played event planner for the household, organizing many trips to Broadway shows and Disney World. On September 11, Tara was on the North Tower’s 98th floor at Marsh & McLennan, where she worked as a senior vice president. She was 36 years old.
