- Recovered computer disk belonging to Margaret L. Benson. The disk is bent, dusty, and the label is faded. Legible text on the label reads: "Template Buckslip | Template memo."

- Brooklyn native Margaret Benson lived in Rockaway, New Jersey, with her husband, James. They had two children. Margaret was a Eucharistic minister at her church and offered communion to seniors and hospital patients who could not attend services. A 33-year Port Authority employee, she worked in human resources. On September 11, Margaret went to work on the North Tower’s 71st floor. She was 51 years old.
