Certification Card

- Hurlburt Diving Club scuba diving certification card issued to Kenneth Wilburn White, Jr. The card is made of light green paper and is worn around the edges. The certification has an expiration of 1971 and the back of the card lists the certification requirements.
- Historical Notes
- Brooklyn-born Kenneth White lived in Richmond Valley, Staten Island, with his wife, Catherine. They had four children. Kenneth enjoyed biking and watching the Manhattan skyline from his sailboat. An International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 3 member, he worked as a telecommunications technician at Cantor Fitzgerald. On September 11, he was on the North Tower’s 105th floor. He was 50 years old.
