- Birthday poster created in memory of Yvette Nicole Moreno. "Happy Birthday Yvette" is written in a graffiti font with red hearts drawn within each letter. The poster is covered in handwritten messages and drawings. On the left is a drawing of a scroll with names written on the scroll. In the upper left corner is the date, 10/04/2001.
- Historical Notes
- Lifelong Bronx resident Yvette Moreno lived with her mother and brother. While working as a receptionist at Carr Futures on the North Tower’s 92nd floor, she was taking college classes to become a guidance counselor. Yvette had bought her first car, a Mitsubishi, shortly before September 11. That day, she was leaving her office building and was struck by debris from the South Tower. She was 24 years old.
