- Key chain belonging to Jose O. Calderon-Olmedo. The key chain doubles as a bottle opener and features an image of the Puerto Rican flag along with an outline of the island with major cities marked.
- Historical Notes
- Born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, Jose Calderon-Olmedo lived in Annandale, Virginia, with his wife, Gloria, and their two children. Jose spent 19 years in the U.S. Army, including tours in Germany, the Persian Gulf during the Gulf War, and South Korea. On September 11, Sergeant First Class Calderon-Olmedo was at the Pentagon, where he served as an Army supply sergeant. He was 44 years old.
