- Memorial button created in memory of James Kenneth Samuel, Jr. The button depicts a photograph of Samuel and printed text: "In Loving Memory of James K. Samuel | September 11, 2001." Handwritten on the button is text: "Love Aunt Barb Hastings, NE." The border of the button is an American flag.
- Historical Notes
- New Brunswick, New Jersey, native James Samuel lived in Hoboken. A commodities trader at Carr Futures, he drove a silver Porsche sports car and enjoyed fine dining and golf outings with friends. On September 10, James and his girlfriend, Jackie, attended a Michael Jackson concert. The next day, James arrived on the North Tower’s 92nd floor, as usual, by six a.m. He was 29 years old.
