- Description
- Parking Permit for B4 level, South Tower, at the World Trade Center parking garage. The permit is dated July 4, 1976, and is issued for free parking from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are two strips of adhesive at the top and bottom for adhering the permit to the car window.
- Historical Notes
- Before the 1993 bombing, the garage under the World Trade Center provided parking for up to 2,000 vehicles. This parking permit belonged to Robert (Bob) DiChiara, who took his first job at the World Trade Center soon after it was built, starting as an Electrical Supervisor. By 2001, he was an Executive Vice President at the World Trade Center Association.
