- Sterling silver painted heather flower brooch belonging to Kathryn Anne Shatzoff.
- Historical Notes
- Native New Yorker Kathryn Shatzoff lived in the Riverdale section of the Bronx with her husband, Neil. She enjoyed handcrafting gifts and collecting Barbie dolls. Kathryn was an assistant in the risk management division at Marsh & McLennan. On September 11, she was at work on the North Tower’s 100th floor. Kathryn was 37 years old.

Kathryn’s grandfather purchased this brooch in Scotland to celebrate her birth.
