- Historical Notes
- Born in Englewood, New Jersey, Patrice Paz lived in New York City with her husband, Rolando. The two met in Italy in 1994 while traveling, a pastime they shared after marrying. Of the six sisters in her family, Patrice stood out for her love of literature and was often found doing crossword puzzles. On September 11, she was at work at Aon Corporation on the South Tower’s 92nd floor. Patrice was 51 years old.

Part of a six-piece set, Patrice and each of her five sisters owned a teacup and saucer like this one.
