- Prayer card created in memory of Thomas Richard Kelly. The front of the card features a photograph of Kelly. The back of the card includes printed text: "In Loving Memory of | THOMAS RICHARD KELLY | Ladder 105 FDNY | February 13, 1962 - September 11, 2001," along with Mychal's Prayer.
- Historical Notes
- Brooklyn native Thomas Kelly lived in Riverhead, Long Island. Thomas loved the water, whether he was swimming at the beach, exploring the shark tank of an aquarium, or deep-sea diving in Belize. He also enjoyed cycling and had completed a 400-mile charity ride in summer 2000. A firefighter with FDNY Ladder Company 105, on September 11, Firefighter Kelly responded to the towers. He was 39 years old.
