- Prayer card created in memory of Eric Taube Olsen. The front of the card features a photograph of Olsen and printed text: "ERIC TAUBE OLSEN | November 17, 1959 | September 11, 2001." The back of the card includes printed text: "In loving memory of | ERIC TAUBE OLSEN," followed by a prayer.
- Historical Notes
- Brooklyn native Eric Olsen lived in Eltingville on Staten Island. His hobbies ranged from wood carving and working with stained glass to restoring his collection of 11 vintage vehicles, which included 1940s Cadillacs and a Ford fire engine from the 1960s. Eric spent more than a decade with the FDNY at Ladder Company 15. On September 11, Firefighter Olsen responded to the North Tower. He was 41 years old.
