Description
Two white ribbon sashes with blue handwritten text that reads "FROM THE PRESIDENT AND THE PEOPLE" on one sash and "OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL" on the other.
Historical Notes
The President of Israel, Reuven Rivlin, left a floral wreath with this sash on the 9/11 Memorial during his visit on January 29, 2015.
