- Collage created in memory of Edward Calderon. The collage is on a poster board covered in printed articles and images of Calderon alongside other photographs. There is a small American stick flag, a ticket, a looped memorial ribbon, and a family access pass also attached. An image of the Twin Towers is in the upper right corner.
- Historical Notes
- Native New Yorker Edward Calderon lived in Union City, New Jersey, with his wife, Deborah, and their two children. A salsa dance enthusiast, Edward helped to found the Hispanic Society of the Port Authority, where he had risen to the position of operations control center supervisor. On September 11, Edward was on duty in the South Tower operations center and stayed to aid the evacuation. He was 44 years old.
