- Memorial poster created in memory of Robert E. Parks Jr. The poster includes two color photographs with printed text that reads: "Robert Emmett Parks Jr. | 4/22/54 ~ 9/11/01 | 1 WTC/105 | Bond Broker Cantor Fitzgerald." The left side of the poster includes a headline and text from a newspaper clipping entitled "'Parks star in grid league." Scotch tape and masking tape cover the poster's edges.
- Historical Notes
- Jersey City, New Jersey, native Robert Parks lived in Middletown with his wife, Maureen, and their two teenage children. Known for his command of sports trivia, Robert cheered at his daughter’s swim meets and coached his son’s basketball team. He worked as a bond broker at Cantor Fitzgerald. On September 11, Robert was at his office on the North Tower’s 105th floor. He was 47 years old.
