- Historical Notes
- Edward Hennessy was born in Winchester, Massachusetts, and lived in Belmont with his wife, Melanie, and their two children. Picking up his first musical instrument—a clarinet—in second grade, Edward went on to learn saxophone, guitar, keyboard, and drum. A partner at Emergence Consulting, on September 11, Edward and his coworker, Paul Friedman, boarded Flight 11 for a business trip. Edward was 35 years old.

Dianne Goolkasian Rahbee was the childhood piano teacher of Edward.
