- Memorial card created in memory of Brian Gerard McAleese and left at the 9/11 Memorial. The front of the card features a photograph of McAleese with his name printed below. On the back of the card is a printed poem. The card is bent and creased at the bottom.
- Historical Notes
- A native of Baldwin on Long Island, Brian McAleese lived there with his wife, Dawn, and their four young children. Brian volunteered regularly, accompanying multiple sclerosis patients on outings to bowl, fish, and ride horses. He served with FDNY Engine Company 226. On September 11, Firefighter McAleese was last seen entering the South Tower with his company. He was 36 years old.

This memorial card was left on the S-15 parapet of the South Pool on the 9/11 Memorial for Brian Gerard McAleese on September 11, 2016.
