- Memorial card created in memory of David Robert Meyer. The front of the card is a photograph of Meyer with printed text below the photo that reads: "David R. Meyer | 'Nothing beautiful in the world is | ever really lost. All beloved live on in | our hearts...forever." The back of the card includes a poem and printed text that reads: "In loving memory of | David R. Meyer | December 26, 1943 | September 11, 2001."
- Historical Notes
- Jersey City, New Jersey, native David Meyer lived in Glen Rock with his wife, Margaret. The couple had raised three daughters. David could often be found with his two-year-old granddaughter playing dolls. On September 11, David, a bond trader at Cantor Fitzgerald, was at work on the North Tower’s 105th floor. He was 57 years old.
