Prayer Card

- Prayer card created in memory of George William Morell. The front features a photograph of Morell with printed text on the card that reads: "In loving memory of George William Morell | September 11, 2001," followed by a scripture passage: "I am the Resurrection and the life: He who believes in Me even if he dies, Shall live: and whoever lives and believes in Me, shall never die." The back of the card is a printed poem.
- Historical Notes
- New Rochelle, New York, native George Morell lived in Mount Kisco with his wife, Roberta, and their four children. George was an outgoing storyteller who often struck up conversations with passersby. On September 11, George was on the North Tower’s 105th floor at Cantor Fitzgerald, where he worked as a bond broker and vice president. He was 47 years old.
