- Untitled foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003. This design plan represents an example of a submission that did not follow the guidelines that exemplifies entries came from a wide range of expertise, from professional design studios and architects to laypersons. This design was created by an 82-year-old blind WWII veteran. The board includes a photograph of the model he created. The submission includes his name and contact information, which violated the guidelines.
