Global Views
- Description
- Foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003, titled “Global Views.” This design plan incorporates satellites and stars. Visitors are encouraged to bring flowers to leave at the site which would form a Floral Mound over time that enriches the soil. The design also includes the Twin Stars satellite, which would orbit the earth and project back images onto the Slurry Wall. When the satellite gets closer to the site, the tower footprints would brighten.
