Vita Di Luce
- Description
- Foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003, titled “Vita Di Luce,” which means Life of Light.This design plan includes walls engraved with victims' names that weave throughout the site. There are also gardens and a tall glowing element known as the Vita di Luce (VdL), with the Learning Center located below. The Learning Center aims to archive and present information about the victims and their legacies. The main idea of the design is to feel the connection between ourselves and others.
