- Description
- Untitled foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003. This design plan involves two shallow ponds that fill each tower footprint and illuminate the spaces below with a transparent bottom. Healing gardens surround the ponds, and below the north pond is a moss garden. Within the moss garden is a poetic audio archive utilizing narrative memories that visitors can contribute to while paying their respects. Also included in the design is a steel memorial wall of names.
