P.911

Description: Foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003, titled "P.911." This design plan uses candles lit with artificial light instead of flame. The site would also emit a veil of “white noise” that is only audible at close range. The sound would cloak the space from the surrounding area.
