- Description
- Untitled foam core submission board designed for the World Trade Center Site Memorial Competition in 2003. This designer was a recovery worker on 9/11, hoping to find survivors. Their memory of the abundance of missing posters across the city in the aftermath inspired this design proposal. Cast glass resembling steel outlines the footprints of the towers, and a wall features projected images and speakers surrounding the site, so visitors can listen to audio related to the images. Visitors could also add their own images and audio.
