- Recovered page from Hemispheres, the in-flight magazine of United Airlines. The piece of paper is singed, covered in soot, and brittle.
- Historical Notes
- Thousands of pieces of paper flew out of the Twin Towers following the crash of the two hijacked planes. Carried on air currents, much of the paper, including this page from a September 2001 in-flight magazine, landed on streets, rooftops, and yards in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn.
