Bookmark
Description
Memorial bookmark created in memory of Jennifer Lynn Kane. The front of the bookmark has an image of an American flag with blue text at the top: "We Will Always Remember..." and below "Jennifer Lynn Kane." To the right of the flag is a photograph of Kane with her birth and death dates listed below: "March 12, 1975 - September 11, 2001." On the back side of the bookmark is an image of the New York City skyline with the Twin Towers. Text at the top reads: "Thank you for your contribution to the Jennifer Kane Scholarship and Charitable Trust. | As a sign of remembrance, place this bookmark where it will be visible to all. We Will always remember Jennifer and the rest of the innocent whose lives were lost on September 11, 2001. | May God Bless America!"  Text around the edge of the back of the bookmark reads: "Raised in Plymouth, MA. - Thayer Academy Class of 1993, Braintree, MA - Villanova University Class of 1997, BS in Accountancy, Kappa Kappa Gamma - Certified Public Accountant -  Marsh and McLennan, Assistant Vice President, Claims and Preparation Services." 
Historical Notes
Jennifer Kane grew up in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and lived in Fair Lawn, New Jersey. She liked the beach and enjoyed family vacations to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Sebago Lake, Maine. After graduating from Villanova University, she became a certified public accountant and joined Marsh & McLennan as an assistant vice president. On September 11, she was on the North Tower’s 100th floor. She was 26 years old.
