Handwritten note on a foam craft heart, with red, white, and blue stars and stripes on the front. The tribute was left at the 9/11 Memorial in memory of Edward Saiya. The note written on the back of the USA reads: "Ed, we will | always remember | you. | Kenny's Family."

- Edward Saiya was born and lived in Brooklyn. He spent weekends with his two children and enjoyed taking them camping, fishing, and skiing. The three of them had vacationed together in Hawaii two weeks before September 11. That day, Edward, a communications engineer with Genuity Solutions, was at work on the 110th floor of the South Tower. Edward was 49 years old.

This tribute was left on the S-45 parapet of the South Pool on the 9/11 Memorial for Edward Saiya on September 11, 2016.
