- Photograph left at the 9/11 Memorial in memory of Leonard W. Hatton, Jr.. The photograph features Hatton with his name and the FBI seal printed below. A handwritten note on the back reads: "2015 | We All love and | miss you. I'll love you | forever." The photograph is torn.
- Historical Notes
- Teaneck, New Jersey native Leonard Hatton lived with his wife, JoAnne, and their four children in Ridgefield Park, where he was a volunteer firefighter. As a New York Division FBI special agent, he earned numerous commendations. Heading to work on September 11, Special Agent Hatton saw smoke and fire coming from the North Tower and joined the rescue effort. He was 45 years old.

This photograph was left on the S-26 parapet of the South Pool on the 9/11 Memorial for Leonard W. Hatton, Jr., on September 11, 2015.
