- Born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, Todd Russell Hill lived in Boston, Massachusetts. Todd regularly put himself and his friends through what he called “no mercy” gym workouts. But after business trips as an account executive at QRS Corporation, he was known to treat himself to fudge sundaes. On September 11, Todd was at the World Trade Center’s Marriott Hotel on business. He was 34 years old.
