Boots
- Description
- Texas Steer brand pair of men's leather work boots. The boots are tan, heavily worn, and encrusted with dust and debris. The laces are missing and there is a large tear in the right boot by the toe.
- Historical Notes
- Member of the New Jersey Local 4, International Union of Bricklayers and Allied craftworkers, Emil Sabatini volunteered at Ground Zero during the first several days after the attacks. He wore these boots during the immediate recovery efforts at Ground Zero.
