- Born in the Dominican Republic, Francisco Liriano lived in Rego Park, Queens, with his wife, Seelochini, their daughter, and her daughter. Francisco worked as a program specialist at Citibank and was studying for licensing exams in real estate and insurance. On September 11, Francisco was at a meeting at Cantor Fitzgerald on the North Tower’s 105th floor. He was 33 years old.
