Respirator
Description
North brand half-mask respirator with black silicone face-piece cushion and black adjustable elastic straps. The plastic filter cartridges are purple in color, and the entire respirator is dusty.
Historical Notes
Barbara Butcher, Chief of Staff and Director of Forensic Investigations at the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner wore this respirator during her work searching for human remains at Ground Zero and Freshkills Landfill.
