Description: Plastic hard hat with cap-style brim and interior ratchet suspension. The hard hat is yellow with "Bullard | [heart] | NY" printed on the front.
Historical Notes: Bullard manufactures and sells hard hats, helmets, and other protective equipment. After 9/11, the company donated hard hats like this one to recovery workers at Ground Zero.
