- Hand-drawn timeline, marker on paper, created by Lisa Anne Frost. The timeline outlines Lisa's life from her birth in 1978 to her start of sixth grade in 1990. The left side of the timeline features drawings representing Lisa's major life events, such as breaking her arm or moving cities, while the right side describes the events with text. Written on the back of timeline in red ink is "A+" to indicate that the timeline was a school assignment.

- Lisa Frost was born in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from Boston University in May 2001 as valedictorian with degrees in communications and hospitality administration. A sales representative for Where to Eat in Boston, Lisa was transferring to San Francisco, where the magazine planned to expand. On September 11, she was on Flight 175, returning to her parents’ home. She was 22 years old.
Curator's Comment
In May 2001, Lisa Frost graduated summa cum laude from Boston University. She had been a dedicated student since childhood. Lisa’s father credits her sixth-grade teacher as a formative role model for Lisa. Lisa created this biographical timeline for that teacher’s class at Trabuco Mesa Elementary School in Orange County, California, when she was 12 years old. It documents milestones from her birth in 1978 to the start of the school year in 1990.
