- Executive Fitness Center at the WTC Marriott membership card issued to William Raff. "EXECUTIVE FITNESS CENTER | AT THE WTC MARRIOTT | 3 WTC, N.Y.C. | (212) 466-9266" is printed in maroon at the top. The card is signed "Bill Raff" and the member number is "L250." There is a barcode sticker on the back.

The fitness club on the top two floors of the Marriott Hotel served guests and lower Manhattan residents. On the morning of September 11, a section of Flight 11’s landing gear crashed through the ceiling of the gymnasium, falling into a hot tub.
William Raff is a 9/11 survivor.
