Lapel Pin
- Description
- Lapel pin created in memory of Paul Laszczynski. The pin resembles a Port Authority Police badge with text that reads: "Port Authority Police | Paul Laszczynski" and the badge number 1786. A small American flag is featured on the top left of the pin.
- Historical Notes
- Baltimore, Maryland, native Paul Laszczynski lived in Paramus, New Jersey. He had two daughters. Paul rode with the Renegade Pigs, a motorcycle club that raised money for children’s charities. A PAPD officer, Paul worked in the PATH Emergency Service Unit. On September 11, Officer Laszczynski responded to the North Tower. He was 49 years old.
