- Born in Carteret, New Jersey, Colleen Barkow lived in East Windsor with her husband, Daniel, and his two children. A Cantor Fitzgerald project manager, Colleen recently had overseen construction of the company’s new cafeteria. On September 11, six days before her first wedding anniversary, Colleen reported to her office on the 103rd floor in the North Tower. She was 26 years old.
